Highland Homes are selling gorgeous patio homes in the 300’s, and Trendmaker Homes is building 3400-3900 square foot two story Woodlands homes in the upper 300’s and low $400’s. David Weekly, another prominent builder, is offering close out bargains in Creek Side Park that start in the 270’s. Many builders are offering significant concessions that may include closing costs, granite countertops, sprinkler systems, prewiring for hi-tech internet, appliances and more.
